THE HILLERY FAMILY FOUNDATION
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or attending any class, workshop, event, therapy session, programme, or offering through The Hillery Family Foundation (“HFF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment (where applicable) has been received.
1.2 Payment may be made via approved methods including debit/credit card, Stripe, Apple Pay, bank transfer, or other designated booking platforms.
1.3 Some HFF offerings are free, donation-based, or subsidised. Suggested donations do not guarantee a place unless the booking process is completed.

2. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
2.1 Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the event, class, workshop, or programme. Specific policies will be stated at the time of booking where relevant.
2.2 Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
2.3 Where possible, HFF may offer transfers or credits at its discretion.
2.4 If HFF cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered an alternative date, transfer, credit, or refund where applicable.

3. HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 By participating, you confirm that you understand your responsibility to assess whether an activity is appropriate for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
3.2 Participation in movement, somatic, therapeutic, or wellbeing offerings is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
3.3 You agree to inform facilitators of any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, or relevant concerns before participation.
3.4 HFF services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment.

4. TOUCH, ADJUSTMENTS & CONSENT
4.1 Certain classes or sessions may involve supportive physical touch or adjustments.
4.2 It is your responsibility to notify the facilitator before the session begins if you do not wish to receive physical touch or adjustments.

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
5.1 HFF is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund where appropriate.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
6.1 Photography or filming may occasionally take place for educational, promotional, or community purposes.
6.2 By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such content unless you notify organisers in advance or on arrival.

7. EMAIL & COMMUNICATIONS
7.1 By booking, you agree to receive essential communications related to:
* Booking confirmations
* Reminders
* Schedule updates
* Cancellations
* Important service announcements
7.2 Marketing communications will only be sent where you have opted in or where legally permitted.

8. UNDER 18s
8.1 Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
8.2 HFF reserves the right to request parental/guardian consent documentation where applicable.

9. LIABILITY
9.1 Participation in HFF activities is subject to the separate Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
9.2 By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the associated waiver and participation policies.

10. SERVICE CHANGES
10.1 HFF reserves the right to amend teachers, facilitators, venues, schedules, pricing, or programme content where necessary.
10.2 We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes promptly.

11. PRIVACY
11.1 Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
11.2 We are committed to protecting your information and using it only for legitimate operational, safeguarding, or legal purposes.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, alongside our Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy.
