Hatha Yoga for Carers

Ray Duhaney
Hatha yoga is a grounding and mindful style of yoga that combines movement, breath awareness, and relaxation to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Practised at a slower, steadier pace, it encourages people to tune into the body, develop resilience, and cultivate a calmer, more balanced nervous system. Through conscious breathing and sustained postures, Hatha yoga helps build strength, flexibility, focus, and a deeper sense of connection to oneself.

Gong Bath for Teachers

Corinne Ameur

Join us for a deeply restorative Gong Bath with Corinne Ameur — an invitation to pause, reset, and be gently immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound. Through the resonance of gongs and healing frequencies, this nurturing experience can support relaxation, calm the nervous system, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. No experience is needed.. This session is offered free of charge, with all donations warmly welcomed in support of the Home Tree.

This is the first “Home Tree” event. Home Tree is a welcoming wellbeing space that is being created to celebrate and support the everyday heroes who give so much to our communities — carers, teachers, school staff, health workers, parents, volunteers, and those whose quiet contributions often go unseen. Rooted in the belief that those who care for others also deserve care.

Monthly Somatic Experience

A monthly meeting dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting and practising the art of being human. Through movement, breathwork, guided self-reflection, authentic expression and relational exercises, we create the conditions to recalibrate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness and strengthen our capacity for genuine connection. This is not about fixing yourself or striving to become someone different, but about meeting yourself more honestly and learning to show up with greater authenticity. Together we explore new ways of being, experiment with healthier patterns, navigate relational dynamics, and take the courageous risk of stepping beyond familiar habits. Held with warmth, integrity and a non-shaming ethos, this is an opportunity to become more fully yourself, in the company of others doing the same.

9:30AM-4:30PM a shared lunch is included.
Free/by donation. Suggested value is £125 per meeting

DATES: 21 Sept, 12 Oct, 16 Nov &  7 Dec
